We have been with IPowerweb for many years as both a reseller and normal customer. In the last 6 months, however, we have experienced the worst service and support possible from a hosting company. It all started with their migration to vDeck3. We loaded a new account for one of our customers and it worked 100% for the first 2 weeks - thereafter the website disappeared, emails stopped working, and we couldn't log into FTP. IPowerweb's support was extremely frustrating and they failed to recognise the problem or solve it. I have saved my livechat conversations with them as evidence of their inept attitude and inability to understand or solve the problem.

Since then, we have had further problems on other accounts. For example: We cancelled the renewal of a domain a month in advance using their Reseller's panel - a month later they renewed the domain and hosting package and illegally charged my Credit Card. We have their confirmation email as evidence that we had cancelled the account so it would not be renewed. They have subsequently ignored severals of my emails, and support tickets. Out of desperation I have now contacted the Credit Card bureau and logged a dispute/fraud investigation against IPowerweb.

Here's another problem - neither myself nor my colleague can send emails for the last month. We have had to use other email addresses. IPowerweb simply does not solve the problem in spite of all the support emails and livechats we have had with them.

We have decided to cancel all our accounts with IPowerweb and move to a different hosting company. It is shocking to think of the amount of hours and energy I have wasted dealing with IPowerweb and the problems they have caused to our small business.
