MYSQL/PHP pages take forever to load

about 75% of the time. When I complain they say they are working on the problem. I can't get anything more specific than that.
Of course my website traffic is way down because who has patience for this crap.
I am hoping against hope that the performance improves, because it is a real pain to migrate a database, Coppermine, Guest Book, PHPBB, etc. to a new site.

I am having the same issues with php and mysql. I have spent far too much time waiting for things to load.
I have several clients with this service. Fortunately, they mainly use this for email. All future clients however will be hosted elsewhere as this is totally unacceptable.

I am also experiencing this exact same problem and have contacted Ipower multiple times over the last month. They've done nothing to try and resolve the problem, and actually have the nerve to say everything is fine despite the fact they are obviously receiving the same complaints for thousands of clients...

I'm not the only one having this problem at least. This problem has been going on for months and all the support staff will say is they are having issues and hope to have it fixed soon. If anyone has ever worked in a helpdesk area you know that's the biggest line ever. I would rather them just say, "We know it's a problem and we're not really going to do anything about it - so suck it up".

Same here... I pulled two of my accounts and am in the process of removing the last. My new HOSTING provider is way fast!! IPOWER SUCKS BIG TIME...

Same here everytime you call with a issue to ipower, they don't initiate any action. I have been having email issues for months
