iPower charges for free whois privacy

Special web hosting offer - LIMITED TIME ONLY

apparently, judging by these two threads on webhostingtalk, iPower not only sucks for web hosting but also as a domain name registrar:

http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=726435

quote:
"...The domain expiration day was 19-Sep-2008. The 15th of this September IPOWER sent me an e-mail informing me that "The following domain name(s) will expire in 5 DAYS:", ok, I want it to expire so I didn't do anything.
Now, the 29-Sep-2008 (that is, 10 days AFTER the domain was expired), an e-mail from IPOWER arrived informing me that they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD for the ALREADY EXPIRED domain name...."

I thought you could have wanted to know about this
